Receipt Messaging

By default, Aeropay will send payment receipts to users when payment is complete. You may opt out of Aeropay payment receipts sent to customers. If so, your own receipts need to Include the following information for safety and transparency.

Adjust your payment receipts to ensure they include the following language:

• Name of the receiver (user)
• Name of the originator (merchant)
• Date/Time
• Amount
• Authorization language + how to refund this transaction:
