Receipt Messaging
By default, Aeropay will send payment receipts to users when payment is complete. You may opt out of Aeropay payment receipts sent to customers. If so, your own receipts need to Include the following information for safety and transparency.
Adjust your payment receipts to ensure they include the following language:
- Name of the receiver (user)
- Name of the originator (merchant)
- Date/Time
- Amount
- Authorization language + how to refund this transaction:
You have authorized Aeropay to debit your bank account when you use Aeropay services. Please expect a withdrawal for this payment to occur within 24-72 hours. Your connection to Aeropay must be maintained to process your payments. To refund this payment, please contact us at [email protected].
