Overview

The bank account migration API enables the Aeropay merchants to seamlessly move bank connection data from one aggregator product to the Aero ecosystem. With our migration API feature, you can validate existing bank connections with Aerosync and automatically link these bank connections to the Aeropay users you have created.

Once completed, the migration job will have successfully linked your existing bank connections to your Aeropay users.

Key Terminology

SFTP Site - Secure File Transfer Protocol. The migration API relies on data being sent to Aerosync via an SFTP transfer.

Migration API Job - Each file transferred to Aerosync is considered a job.

Migration API Item - Within each job, there may be multiple items. Items represent individual bank accounts for a user being validated and passed onto Aerosync.
