Associates a user bank account with their Aeropay account. This call is to be made after a user goes through an aggregator bank connection flow leveraging the URL from /aggregatorCredentials endpoint. You will receive the necessary paramters for this endpoint from the aggregator widget.

When using Aerosync, the only parameters you'll need to pass are user_id, user_password, and aggregator.
